The messages are disordered mobiles

good day, I have version 1.6.1 of Zextras and when I answer an email from my mobile the message is distorted.
meet all the words and do not understand anything
joins the firm and the entire message, I need urgent help because encuento not the solution, before the Zextras 1.4 and had worked well.

buen día , tengo la version del Zextras 1.6.1 y cuando respondo un correo desde mi mobil el mensaje se distorciona .
se juntan todas las palabras y no se entiende nada
se junta la firma y todo el mensaje , necesito ayuda urgente ya que no encuento la solucion , antes tenia el Zextras 1.4 y trabajaba bien .
