Waiting for server response outlook 2013

I know this has been gone over in another thread here, when setting up outlook 2013 it does not pull in any new messages. I have tried to change the ZxMobile_WindowSizeLimit to 25, then changed it to 10 and still no luck. I've removed all accounts out of outlook and have cleared out all of the data files then created the account new, I have setup logging on my user account as suggested in the troubleshooting wiki page and the only message that appears is:

Any other suggestions?
