I fixed it on the hard way: replacing that part on amavisd 1 - Edit /opt/zextras/common/sbin/amavisd 2 - go to line 1108 3 - replace $undeciph...

did you try to stop Carbonio and see if there is any other process using that door? zmcontrol stop netstat -putan | grep 10000

Well... it doesn't work on the GUI. You may use the cli command zmvolume to do it

AFAIK they did an upgrade and the APP was working fine.
