In admin pananel Carbonio 23.3.0 CE I find the user, click on the delete button, agree to delete the account and all its data, click the "Delete" button and nothing happens. The user is not deleted. If I click the "Close Account" button, nothing happens. How can I fix this?

Same issue here, fresh installation for our proof of concept.
Also I'm not able to finish user sessions via the admin panel.
