Hello,
I have installed Zextras Carbonio CE successfully. I would like to try using Carbonio Mail as a mobile client. The configuration on the mobile device was successful. However, when I try to send an email, the email is successfully sent from the app. But the email is never delivered. I found the following information on mailbox.lg

I have tried other devices and the problem is the same. Do you have the same problem as me?
Hello, the same thing happens to me on Android, in the Carbonio Mail app, when I send an email, apparently it goes away, but it is not registered in the sent tray, and it does not reach its destination either.
I join those who started the topic. The same problem is observed. Log piece:

Same here.... mobile App on Android doesn't send any messages.
Guys.... any news on this isue?
is has been 2 weeks and not a single reply about it =(
I'm starting to believe that Carbonio Mail App is just not suppose to work on CE version.
The developers of the mobile application broke sending in Carbonio Mail version 1.2.2. In this version, we added a section in the settings for specifying the sender's address and selecting the departure address. Apparently, in the full version of Carbonio, this works fine, since there is no limit on sending from one account. But in Carbonio CE, sending broke. Since then, versions 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 have been released, but no one is in a hurry to fix it. These topics are also only accessed by the unfortunate voluntary testers of the CE version.
The solution to the issue is simple. Find and install APK Carbonio Mail 1.2.0. Searching the Internet, I found and installed this version. Mail is sent. Don't forget to disable auto-update.
Doing some more tests I got an even weirder behave.... nothing happens... no error on mailbox.log but also no sending.

So SendMsgRequest is done... but no register in mail.log and no message arrived on the destination.
Any tips where to look from here to try to debug it?
It's solved... take a look here https://community.zextras.com/forum/postid/5282/
In version 1.2.5 problem is not solved.
In version 1.2.6 the problem is solved!
Please mark this thread as "Solved"!
