Hello @jolmir,
This functionality (customizing the login page) is not supported yet in Carbonio CE, although as an open-source project, it can be technically done by altering the source code however it needs a lot of expertise and there is no documentation on this available.
It can be however easily done through the admin panel in Zextras Carbonio ( not Zextras Carbonio CE).
