Mail (client email Apple) not recognize folder Carbonio CE

Hi, my client have this problem : configure the mailbox as IMAP , this work fine for send and receve email...but the Sent and Trash folders are not created.

This problem in MAC OS Monterey .

Other problem for APPLE device not recognize SSL
