Hello and thank you in advance for your work on carbonio.

I have tried the installation. I received the email with the repository and the key but when I try an apt update, I get the 403 error (forbidden) for this repository.

Is there anything to do to make the repository work?

PS: in the mail, the key is wrong, the number 1 is missing at the end

Hello, due to issues with our email system, we decided to send you again a new e-mail with the installation instructions. You shouldn't experience any further problem and commands should be displayed correctly.

If you didn't receive the e-mail, please download Carbonio CE again from here: https://www.zextras.com/carbonio-community-edition/

We suggest you deleting the zextras.list file before starting the process again, to be sure it runs smoothly.

Thanks!

I have used Ubuntu 18.04LTS and my installation is completed without any issue. I have some observations but those are for some other topics. Cheers guys.

I'm trying to install Carbonio CE on an Ubuntu 20.04 (Jammy Jellyfish) and I'm getting the 403 Forbidden error for:

https://repo.zextras.io/release/ubuntu/dists/jammy/InRelease

root@lab-carbonio:~# apt-get update

N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.

It seems to be an AWS CloudFront error:

<Message>Access Denied</Message>

<HostId>cLaz69MWvh5Tb+eo3k2Pg7hbMsBbzDDVHvIa0vExuQNKiIEfOWEN1DC0+6VzkCNbkKm0ABBKgVE=</HostId>
</Error>

Is that repository active ?

Hi @galoxucro,

You can use the focal fossa package by requesting Carbonio CE from https://www.zextras.com/carbonio-community-edition/ by filling out the form. This way you'll always get the latest package available.

May I ask where you found the instruction to download the package for Jammy Jellyfish?

Thanks.
