Incoming email is not delivered Carbonio CE

Hi;

I have just installed Carbonio CE on Almalinux 8.8. I managed to have it up and running, configured my certificates and DKIM.

I can send emails everywhere, but I can never receive emails.

When testing, I can see that Carbonio CE gets the message and informs about queuing it for delivery, somehow, though, it is never delivered.

I might be missing something in the configuration, but how come I can send emails and not be able to receive?

I tried to check the logs, but there is nothing really useful relating to my issue. If there is a specific log file to look into please drop me a hint.
