Not receiving any emails after the upgrade and unable to login with client account only able to log in with Admin Panel.
when I reverted back my snapshot all recieving of emails came back again
Review of the logs with the following command show the following
systemctl list-units carbonio*
this is in terminal for output
carbonio-mailthreat-update.timer loaded active waiting Carbonio Mail Threat Update Timer
Using the admin panel to view email the following error is noted without any explanation that I can find online
Validation error (UnknownType@[getNotifications/notifications]): Unknowntype'TransferredOwnership'

Regarding this error:
Validation error (UnknownType@[getNotifications/notifications]): Unknowntype'TransferredOwnership'
We have released new packages to fix the warning of "'TransferredOwnership'" during users' login and their presence in their webmail. This warning occurred due to some issues with carbonio-files-ui***.
Please update your system to get rid of this warning notification.
While updating, make sure:
- you have read the relevant segment of the documentation carefully.
- take backup/snapshot of your system/server.
- After upgrading the packages, run pending-setups to ensure the registration of new packages (If any) in Carbonio Mesh. If there are any pending-setups, to complete them you need the consul password. You could find the consul password in /var/lib/service-discover/password file.
- Reboot the system, if needed.
About not been able to login to the user account, check if all services are running? If you get any hints on /var/log/carbonio.log, /opt/zextras/log/mailbox.log
