Hello we have installed the Zextras on Zimbra OSE 8.7 to use the free chat module. but
with this package we can't use the zmdedupe provided with zimbra ose

- Have you installed Zextras Suite or the open chat? (It seems that you installed Zextras Suite, therefore, you should have also the powerstore module enabled otherwise we need to know what exactly you installed.)
- Can you please provide us the output of
zmcontrol -v
zxsuite --host all_servers core getVersion
and
zxsuite core getLicenseInfo
- Do you have access to the Zextras support portal to open a ticket?

We investigated your issue, and here are the results.
As we said, installing the Zextras suite blocks some Zimbra commands to prevent issues with mostly Powerstore commands, so it’s normal to see these errors.
Moreover, when you install the Zextras suite, the old open chat is removed, and it most probably causes your chat data to be lost. It's challenging for us to test and verify these situations because open chat is too old and unmaintained.
Our suggestion is to upgrade to the latest Zextras suite version and use the basic version of the team. This will solve any further problems you might encounter, and you will have full technical support if you face any questions.
Alternatively, you can remove the software and use the open chat which is less advisable for two reasons; firstly, it's too old with no support and maintenance. Secondly, as we said before, most probably uninstalling and installing the open chat removes your data.
Please keep that in mind that installing the open chat itself may cause the same problem you faced with some Zimbra commands because open chat uses the ZAL that is responsible for this issue in the first place.
