team group features works fine except video

I have install today zx suit ver 3.20.0 on zimbra 9.0.0_ZEXTRAS_20240927.FOSS. Everything in team works fine except video. I dont see video from any cam. There are info that from ver 3.1 is needed video server for instant video calls, do I need video server for group chat video either or there is some another problem ?
