Hi,
First of all, IMAP & POP access options should be enabled by default. But still if you try to enable/disable it, it should not produce any error.
We have forwarded this issue to our team. As soon as we get any update from them, we will get back to you.
Meanwhile, your version seems be an older one and lot has changed after this version, did you consider upgrading the version to the latest one?
Also. please make sure you have enough backups/snapshots and rollback plan before conducting any upgradation task.
Thank you for being with us.
Regards,
