Incoming Email Filters not working after 9.0 (1203) installation/upgrade from 8.8.15

Everyone,

I recently upgraded from Zimbra OSE 8.8.15 to Zextras 9.0 (1203) version.

Since then, email filters at the User level are not firing for incoming emails.  If I *manually* open and run the filter, then the filter actually works.  All the current filters do is some simple matching and forwarding and/or moving to a subfolder.

Let me know if anyone knows how to fix this.

Just as a note.  These filters were all working properly before the update/upgrade.  Now they only work when run manually.  I have tried to disable/enable the filters.

Each affected user only has ONE filter that is active, so it's not the simple stuff you find in web searches.  Perhaps the module that runs/processes filters in Zextra should be checked?  I don't know how this part works or if there would be a particular LOG file to dig into to check it out.

Any help is appreciated.

Can anyone tell me what LOG would be affected if there was a problem with this?  I'm surprised that nobody else is having this issue 🙁
