After migrating to Zimbra 9 I export/import the CompanyAddressBook (belonging to admin@ and shared with all users).
Creating a new email, only some contacts of this shared address-book are not found when when Zimbra tries to auto-complete the "from" field.
This contacts appeared to be those who only have the fullName field. So I tried to edit the .csv file by filtering these contacts and copying the fullName field values to the firstName field as well, but this didn't fix the problem.
Can anyone can help me solve this problem?

The problem is related to contacts with custom fields. You need to find them in the .csv file and cut&paste them to fields recognized by Zimbra
