I was wondering why Carbonio Files Does not come pre-bundled and Installed with the Carbonio CE version currently available.

IS there anything Preventing it from being installed during the Installation process of setting up Carbonio?

Only prompting for the credentials and details, or making use of already available details?

Personally I have faced very many challenges and issues trying to set it up, to the point i am almost giving up on attempting to set it up, yet i am quite experienced with server administration.

Hello, I have a question, because if Carbonio already has a mysql/mariadb database manager server, Carbonio File, you need to install PostgresSQL, instead of reusing the manager that the system already has. This would not be too much consumption for a Simple Server.

Hi @nitram, FYI we are now rewriting the docs to include also Files as part of the "main" installation. we do our best to improve documentation as well and keep it updated with the development, so if you have further suggestions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
