New theme for your Zimbra
Many of you have been asking for a different, modern and better theme for ages! Now you can have it. We created a new theme to make the interface of your email and collaboration platform more beautiful. We haven’t changed any command, so that your tasks won’t slow down.
After updating your Zextras version, you have just to go to Preferences and then select “Zextras” in the Appearance section!

QR authentication for the mobile apps
Your apps are even more secure thanks to the QR authentication.
Every time you need to access Team or Drive app, from any mobile device, you don’t need neither of storing the old QR code, nor to remember the username and the password.
Just create a new QR code from your web interface and scan it with your smartphone to log in!
TEAM: the more usable, the better
We’re constantly improving the usability of Team. This time you’ll find the possibility to edit, delete, forward and reply to messages. Those features are already available in the mobile apps!

Backup on external storage
Don’t worry about your primary server anymore. Choose between a network mount point or an S3 Bucket and send the copies of your data directly there.
Zextras Video Server
You’re now able to scale your videocalls and make TEAM the enterprise tool you need to work remotely!
Address Book Service
Your Global Address Book and your custom Address Book will be available to external clients, such as Outlook.
Zextras Authentication
We’re enabling the SAML Authentication and soon you’ll be able to create your custom Login page from which to log into Zimbra by using the Zextras Authentication.
